parsing URL in newspaper website

I have many urls from the same newspaper, each url has a depository for each writer.

For example:

2. http://ift.tt/1JWQ5PI
3. http://ift.tt/1VSGYs9
4. http://ift.tt/1JWQ8ee
5. http://ift.tt/1VSGZfM

Could someone help me please with writing a regular expression something that would generate all writers urls?
